Cinematic video - Last week until submission

Now that everything is complete all that was left was filimg the video.

I first created a level sequence and then I went on perspective and clicked 'cinematic viewpoint' and the camera I created in my case it’s the 'CineCameraActor0'

Then that should take you into film mode:

From here you can use the camera to set up a position you want to record. I decided to record the sign first.

I also changed my camera settings so I can have what I want in focus and so the camera juts overall looks good:

To make an action or movement position the first shot you want to see and press 'Transform' then go to the next angle and click 'Transform' again. This should then make a smooth camera transition like below.

I had to do this around 6 times as the submission video has to be 30secs-1min long. I choice to do a 42 second video (8 5secs films) just to be on the safe side.

Once I recorded all the clips, I wanted I then made another level sequence and put them all together. Very simple!

Then all left to do was to export it to an MP4 file.

I very much enjoyed this part of the project as ive used editing programs like Aftereffects before university so ive have a lot of experiences in editing, so this came easy and fun to me.

Here was my final result:

Taking the beauty shots was the same process as the film making but you dont use the 'Transform' tool you just need as single frame and then angle your camera you wanted the photo and then simply render from there.
